1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1. The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee.
1.2. In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair stated that he had determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health.
1.3. Apologies for absence were received from Dawn Bowden MS.
1.4. The Chair stated that if for any reason he dropped out of the meeting, the Committee agreed that Huw Irranca-Davies MS would become Temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22.
2 Inquiry into COVID-19 and its impact on the voluntary sector - evidence session 1
2.1. The Committee received evidence from:

· Fiona Liddell, Manager, Helpforce Cymru
· Noreen Blanluet, Lead consultant, Co-production Network for Wales
2.2. During the evidence session, the witnesses agreed to share good practice examples and models of engagement and co-production developed and used through the pandemic.
2.3. During the evidence session, the WCVA agreed to provide more information on the lessons learnt around financial management during the pandemic.
